Service
LocalCommander provides a Windows companion, remote gateway and related account services that let a user authorize supported AI clients to perform supported actions on a computer connected by that user.
Your authority and responsibility
You are responsible for the computers, accounts, files and third-party services you connect and must have authority to operate them. Do not use LocalCommander to access systems or data you are not authorized to control.
Plan access
The Free plan allows one paired Windows PC and up to 5,000 remote actions per month. Paid plans may increase device limits and remove the monthly action cap, subject to security, infrastructure and abuse-prevention controls.
Private product assets
Source repositories, installers, pairing credentials and private technical materials are not public distribution channels. You may use the Windows companion for your own authorized LocalCommander account, but may not redistribute, sell, publish or expose private product assets except where separately permitted in writing.
AI-client and third-party controls
ChatGPT, Codex, websites, desktop applications and other services used in a workflow have their own terms, permissions and security controls. LocalCommander does not override those controls.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted by device shutdown, network failures, operating-system restrictions, browser changes, third-party service changes or maintenance. Product capabilities, plan limits and pricing may change prospectively; material changes will be reflected on the product website.
Security
Keep your LocalCommander account and paired devices secure. Revoke a lost or compromised device promptly. Do not intentionally submit passwords, recovery codes or access tokens through the public support channel.
Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties from abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents or material violations of these terms.
